Terms & Conditions
When joining our classes you must agree with the following T&Cs.
- Agree to complete IGA membership OR your gymnasts details being passed across to them for insurance purposes. This payment is included in your membership of £41. We are affiliated to them as a club and therefore all our members & coaches are required to have valid individual membership linked to our club with them.
- Agree to dropping off and collecting gymnasts at the correct times for class. Gymnasts are not permitted to wait by themselves beyond 5 minutes before their class begins. We understand unavoidable lateness happens from time to time, please let the club know as soon as possible if you are going to be late and with an approx time. Reminder: late collections take coaches away from other duties
- Agree to ensuring gymnasts are dressed appropriately for class. Jewellery must be removed, long hair tied back and appropriate clothing for sporting activities (we do not permit skirts or crop tops).
- Agree to ensuring class fees are paid a minimum 1 week before new term classes begin and agree to paying within the time frame & dates the club asks. Fees are paid for 5 terms per year. Payment for the next term is always due during the final 2 weeks of the previous term. A £5.00 late fee will be added, per week after the final day of the previous term, if the payment is not received before the end of the previous term. NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment has not been made BEFORE the third week, entry will be declined at the door and your child/children will lose their place from his/her class. I will inform Aerial Gymnastics if, for any reason, my child is not returning to their class
- Agree that once term begins class fees are non transferable and non refundable, regardless of the circumstances of cancelling
- Agree that all memberships are non refundable once paid
- Agree that we need to cancel a class due to extreme weather / weather warning classes will not be rescheduled or refunded as this is beyond our control. If we need to cancel a class due to coach sickness or other classes will be rescheduled if possible or fees deducted off next term fees
- Agree that Times / Days / Dates of classes may change if required due to coach availability
- Agree in the event of any safeguarding issues to contact the club Welfare Officer Erin McCann (primary WO) or Rachael McAleer (secondary WO) via email, details are on the club notice board
- Agree to our Intimate Care Policy; the following guidance for: Pre-School we would recommend that parents of gymnasts aged 3-4 years remain nearby and contactable in case their child becomes distressed or requires assistance whilst using the bathroom. Gymnasts with specific needs, we are unable to provide intimate care and require that either a professional carer approved by the gymnast’s family, parent or guardian should carry out the role of “carer" and provide intimate care.
- Agree that all gymnasts for independent classes 3 years + must attend class willingly and independently take part, if gymnasts become distressed or are not willingly wanting to attend and take part in class, we will make recommendations to parents, this could include waiting until a later term if we feel that this is most beneficial for the gymnast
- Agree to not send gymnasts to class if they are sick or presenting symptoms of sickness such as a high temperate/vomiting etc and will wait until the appropriate time has passed after sickness to return to class
